Responsibilities:



  • Support the busy facilities team in handling a wide range of issues, including broken lifts and other maintenance challenges.

  • Escalate issues within the buildings to ensure a prompt resolution.

  • Assist in quoting building work and maintaining accurate records.

  • Arranging Contractors and Coordinating jobs.



  • Work Schedule and Location:



  • This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. 8 : 30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
