**Role Purpose**

Drive growth by engaging with the business and providing financial leadership through business stewardship, support, and challenge

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Financial Forecasting, Budgeting, Actual reporting (Hotels).Support the (3-year) strategic planning process, formal budget review process, and quarterly forecast review process
+ Review monthly/quarterly financial performance reports and commentary on high-value business areas, including transparency of risks and opportunities
+ Capital Expenditure Planning (Hotels)
+ Supporting with the Hotel and Corp. Business Support for IHG Financial Planning Systems – IPlan globally, including Process Reviews, Feedback collection, system problem solving, User onboarding, and other Trainings.
+ Provide general Business Support and Training to (mainly / not limited to) AMER stakeholders for all IPlan Financial Planning systems and be able to explain other Finance Global Operations applicat...
