* Liaise with internal teams relating to job requirements and delivery timescales.
* Handle and resolve any order or price discrepancies.
* Liaising with suppliers to obtain repair information
* Maintain and update repair records.
* Tracking and amending orders.
* Review overdue orders, notifying of any significant delays from suppliers.
* Any associated purchasing administrative tasks as required.
* Provide support on cost saving initiatives when applicable.
