**The Role:**



The Business Support Specialist (Regional) is responsible for managing channel program offers, program settlements, and handling various system reports/dashboard and business analysis.



The role involves close collaboration with Channel/Account Managers, Business Finance and Distributors and Channel Partners and reports directly to the Cluster Head of South East Asia 1 (Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam).



The focus is on ensuring seamless operation and accurate execution of offers and settlements while supporting business intelligence efforts. Builds and maintains dashboard and performance reports.
