• Assist brokers and office staff with typing, formatting, proofreading, and editing documents.

• Utilize templates and redlining techniques to ensure thorough and accurate documentation.

• Support the reception desk as needed, providing excellent customer service to visitors and callers.

• Coordinate the setup and teardown of events, ensuring smooth execution.

• Perform administrative tasks for the operations team, including multitasking and prioritizing assignments.

• Maintain attention to detail while reviewing and preparing materials.

• Collaborate with team members in a friendly and considerate manner to achieve shared goals.

• Use Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, to complete daily tasks efficiently.

• Handle DocuSign and InDesign tasks when necessary.
