Job Title – Business System Analyst - Insurance Domain

Overview

The Business System Analyst position will be part of the Group Functions Engineering and Operations. Reporting to the Senior Director, the BSA will focus on systems migration, process improvement and support transition between teams and ensure the project success by assisting the Project Manager wherever necessary. The role of the BSA is to assist in systems migration and software upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Define and document project requirements, identifying project milestones, and phases. Create systems documentation including Standard Operating Procedures and serve as a contributor to technical business processes review and redesign.
