Business System Analyst

Job Description:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the Payments domain.
• Hands-on Zelle experience (mandatory): payment flows, integrations, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of payment rails such as ACH, RTP, P2P, and digital banking systems .
• Experience working in Agile environments (creating user stories, working in sprints, backlog grooming).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with payment fraud systems and risk scoring tools.
• Knowledge of APIs, XML/JSON, and data mapping.
• Exposure to ISO 20022 and other real-time payment standards.
• Banking or fintech background.
