Business System Analyst - PEGA
Toronto - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or BSA in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of hands on experience within the PEGA ecosystem (any version).
• Strong understanding of PEGA case management, rules, integrations, data pages, and UI.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements and create documentation such as:
o Current (as is) and future state (to be) business & systems processes
o User stories, story maps, data catalogs, business rules, use cases, and UI design
o Provide support throughout development and testing phases
