Business System Analyst

Overview

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end transaction flows across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Logistics modules within the Oracle ecosystem. The person ensures seamless B2B integrations between internal systems and external partners, resolves transaction failures, and supports business users on daily operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Management : Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot daily transaction flows across O2C, P2P, Inventory, Shipping, and Finance modules. Resolve transaction failures (stuck workflows, interface errors, incomplete transactions). Perform root-cause analysis for issues related to orders, shipments, invoices, receipts, and payments. Maintain transaction accuracy by clearing errors in interface tables, transaction queues, and workflow notifications. Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure data integrity across modules.
