We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients

Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business System Analyst to support requirements gathering, solution design, and process optimization across Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will partner with business teams to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and drive system enhancements end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Design and optimize CRM processes in Service Cloud (case mgmt, omni-channel), Sales Cloud (lead-to-opportunity), and Marketing Cloud (journeys, segmentation).
Collaborate with Admins, Developers, and Architects to define functional solutions.
Support testing (UAT), release planning, and user training.
Ensure data quality, governance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must have skills:

5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant.
Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (objects, flows, validation rules).
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
