Business Analyst, Front-Office Systems
We're looking for an experienced professional to support and enhance front-office investment workflows across systems, processes, and stakeholders.
What you'll do
Design and improve front-office systems and workflows in collaboration with IT, risk, finance, and external vendors
Manage system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and UAT for investment platforms
Partner with portfolio managers to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
Monitor and troubleshoot front-office processes, coordinating issue resolution with internal teams and service providers
Drive vendor implementations, change management, and adoption of new tools or features
Ensure strong controls around data accuracy, security, and audit readiness
