Business System Analyst

Insight Global is hiring an intermediate BSA to support a financial institution’s Capital Management Technology program. This person will serve as a hands on subject matter expert who helps design, build, and improve capital management solutions. The role combines analytical and technical skills to turn complex capital management rules into practical, scalable system features. The analyst will manage key data processes and work closely with other BSAs, technical teams, business partners, and POD members in an agile environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years’ experience translating business rules into technology requirements and maintaining traceability
• 3+ years handling data integration, testing methodologies, and process documentation
