Responsibilities

• Good working knowledge of trade settlement lifecycle, regulatory compliance, reconciliation
• Experience in Agile and Hybrid (waterfall and Agile) methodologies
• Demonstrated application of various Business Analysis techniques such as Use Case Modelling, Process Modelling, Gap Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and Advanced Facilitation skills, including leading Requirements Workshops and Structured Walkthroughs is a must
• Experience working with Executives and on large scale projects
• High level requirements elicitation, documentation, and review/approvals (in the form of Features and EPICs)
