Job Description

  • Provide support for ERP and other business applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues via ticketing tools
  • Monitor application performance and implement preventive measures
  • Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and users for issue resolution
  • Assist in deploying new systems, patches, and updates
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
  • Conduct user training and prepare documentation
  • Generate support reports and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year IT or related course
  • 3–5 years experience with ERP systems (Business Central, LS Central)
  • Background in system rollout for stores or selling outlets
  • Proficient in MS SQL and remote desktop tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of project management fundamentals
