The Business Systems Administrator manages the administration and maintenance of Salesforce and related systems, ensuring stability, data integrity, and efficient operations. The role partners with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into practical solutions, driving productivity and consistency across a global, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions.
  • Maintain and enhance standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and automation tools (e.g., Flows, Validation Rules).
  • Continuously enhance system capabilities by applying Salesforce best practices and new platform features.
