Responsibilities :
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience. System administration of a PPM platform, such as ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), enteprise software package, such as an HR system, Financial System, ERP System, Project Management Systems, Incident Management System, etc. Experience working in an Enterprise IT environment and having been exposed to various IT-related responsibilities, terminology, with multiple Agile Delivery Frameworks/Tools (., Kanban, Scrum, Lean, SAFe, AzureDevOps, ServiceNow, Planview, or other similar ALM tools). Experience in leading process improvement analysis of as-is processes and deployment of to-be processes and solutions. Demonstrated experience with successfully delivering / implementing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite of products or other PPM products.
