Our client is looking  Business Systems Administrator (ServiceNow) (SPM & PPM)  for  Long term Contact  project in  Remote.  Below is the detailed requirements.

Job description:

Responsibilities :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
  • System administration of a PPM platform, such as ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), enteprise software package, such as an HR system, Financial System, ERP System, Project Management Systems, Incident Management System, etc.
  • Experience working in an Enterprise IT environment and having been exposed to various IT-related responsibilities, terminology, with multiple Agile Delivery Frameworks/Tools (., Kanban, Scrum, Lean, SAFe, AzureDevOps, ServiceNow, Planview, or other similar ALM tools).
  • Experience in leading process improvement analysis of as-is processes and deployment of to-be processes and solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with successfully delivering / implementing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite of products or other PPM products.
