About the Role
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) serves as the primary liaison between Revenue Accounting stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and systems. They work closely with stakeholders to understand issues and enhancement requests over the commercial real estate Yardi modules, then document, prioritize, and design solutions in collaboration with departmental power users . BSAs play a key role in application strategy, change management, and process optimization, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
