Key Responsibilities:



  • Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from internal stakeholders and clients.




  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical documentation.




  • Facilitate design sessions between business and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.




  • Lead and manage assigned projects through their full lifecycle, including planning, tracking, and reporting.




  • Conduct quality control checks and provide support during software development and testing phases.




  • Handle multiple service requests and manage software release processes.




  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvement efforts.
