The Business Systems Analyst evaluates operational efficiency and analyzes business processes, data, and requirements to identify improvements and support strategic initiatives. They gather and document stakeholder needs, translate them into clear technical and business specifications, and coordinate solution design and integration across applications and teams. The analyst conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis, performs root cause evaluations, and recommends workflow, system, and control enhancements to improve performance and ensure compliance.
