Business Systems Analyst - ServiceNow (Work from Home)

Overview

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operations of Dispatch and Work Order Management systems. This role involves working closely with stakeholders and vendors to resolve defects, support new initiatives, and contribute to process improvements and team documentation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements for project initiatives from various stakeholder teams using Agile methodology (write features and stories)
• Troubleshoot reported issues in the Dispatch and Work Order Management streams
• Prioritize investigations with vendor teams
• Effectively identify all areas of impact to Dispatch and Work Order Management systems for new initiatives
• Partner with vendors/Business to prime and resolve defects and ensure alignment
• Implement/coordinate mitigations where required
