Business Systems Head

The Business Systems Head partners with cross-functional teams to design and maintain a sustainable operating model aligned with the department's mandate and culture. As part of the management team, the role promotes a customer-first, human-centered, and iterative way of working across Product, Design, and Technology.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in building and applying knowledge and tools related to product design and delivery, regulatory requirements, and related capabilities to support business outcomes.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of policies, processes, and governance frameworks across programs, people, culture, and operations.
• Engage internal and external partners on regulatory, policy, and compliance matters.
• Drive a risk-based approach to operations, resolving compliance issues and audit findings.
• Oversee safety and security, space and real estate, and contracts management.
