Job Description
We are seeking an experienced systems builder to help design, document, and test operational processes inside a growing service-based company.
This role is not just about writing SOPs. It is about helping us build clear process maps, identify critical control points, and create simple, usable playbooks that protect revenue, quality, and accountability.
You will work directly with leadership and department heads to:
Map high-level processes from start to finish
Identify where processes break or are easy to mess up
Build concise playbooks for critical steps
Create detailed SOPs only where precision is required
Test processes in real operations to ensure they actually work
Improve handoffs between departments
Eliminate duplication, confusion, and over-reliance on key individuals
We are not looking for theoretical documentation. We want someone who can observe operations, simplify complexity, and build systems that are practical and executable.
