About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Systems Specialist (AI & Automation) to support and maintain our production automations and integrations across , n8n, Make, Shopify, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Podium. This role owns first-line support and structured maintenance to keep systems reliable, well-documented, and safe in production, while also helping deliver new automations under guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance production workflows in n8n, Make, and automations.
• Troubleshoot incidents end-to-end (triggers, payloads, mapping, auth, rate limits, downstream behavior).
