IT Support Engineer (Tier 2) – Microsoft Dynamics 365

We’re looking for a proactive Tier 2 IT Support Engineer with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, eager to grow into backend support for M365, Power BI, EDI, Genesys, Softphones, and Networking. This role offers the chance to handle complex technical issues, support end users, and be part of a team driving smooth business system operations.

Location: Warrington (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £45,000

What you’ll do:

  • Provide Tier 2 support for D365 users and general IT systems.

  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and M365 applications.
