TITLE

Business Transformation Specialist Level 3 (BTS3)

TASKS

  • Research and analyze new technical enhancements of the shipment management system ( hardware and software components), including developing requirements and supporting the full implementation of system modifications;
  • Review the Agency’s current internal business processes related to the record storage model and digital document management service provider in conjunction with the shipment management system with the goal of identifying areas for improvement, if needed;
  • Support the ongoing or new technical enhancements by working with the managed service provider of records storage services and digital document management service provider, for the shipment management system;
  • Make recommendations on requirements and will support the full implementation of system modifications;
