Business Unit Head - Injectable Aesthetics

The Business Unit Head, Injectable Aesthetics will drive the strategy, commercial performance, and growth of the injectable aesthetics portfolio. This role leads marketing, sales, and training teams, with a focus on product and commercial strategy, cross-functional medico-marketing, and brand optimization. Responsible for revenue growth, market expansion, and team excellence, while ensuring compliance and delivering measurable business impact.

This posting is for an active, open position based at Galderma Toronto Office with three days required on site. The role reports to the Country Manager, Canada with an annual base salary range of 200,000 - 235,000 CAD .
