General Manager : Gypsum Board manufacturing
Location : EAST AFRICA
Work Experience : 15 – 20 years, out of which at least 5 years as a profit-center-head in a Gypsum Board manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute long-term business strategy to position the company as a market leader.
- Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new market segments.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure strong governance, accountability, and asset protection.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee manufacturing, sales, distribution, and supply chain operations.
- Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.
