Job Description

1.Strategic Leadership Develop and implement business unit strategies, business plans, and annual budgets. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth. Ensure alignment of the units goals with the overall organizational strategy. 2. Operations & Performance Management Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and service quality. Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational results to meet targets. Implement process improvements, policies, and best practices. 3. Financial Management Manage the business units P&L, budget utilization, and financial forecasts. Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high operational standards. Review financial reports and implement corrective actions when needed. 4. Leadership & People Management Lead, coach, and mentor department managers and staff to achieve optimal performance.
