**What will you do?**
Manage and develop all production headcount with in your production shift schedule, such as Training/certification/vacations/and people, lead the HPTs with your group, monitor, manage and improve all operative KPIs such as Efficiency, Productivity/ Schedule attainment/Scrap/ and OT.
**How will you do it?**
Tracking all personnel under his responsibility, report out all performance for both people management and business KPIs management, present results every day /weekly and monthly.
**What are we looking for??**
Significant improvement in people retention, improvement in all Operative KPIS assigning the right empowerment and authority to the Business unit Mgr.
