Overview.

We’re partnering with a major enterprise client on a large-scale ERP program and are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Finance stream. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting the design, testing, and go-live of finance processes in SAP, working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

About the role.

You’ll play a key role in the Finance stream, ensuring business requirements are captured, validated, and translated into actionable solutions. You’ll work through all stages of the project lifecycle, including testing and go-live support.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with stakeholders to define and validate clear business requirements
  • Assessing current state processes and contributing to future state design
  • Collaborating with technical teams to explore and evaluate options
  • Producing clear, concise documentation for all analysis and designs
  • Supporting UAT activities, including test case/scenario creation
  • Assisting with organisational change management and training activities as needed
  • Supporting solution go-lives and handover to operational support
  • Working independently or as part of a cross-functional delivery team

About you.

You’re a proactive, analytical Business Analyst with strong SAP Finance experience and a collaborative mindset.

You’ll bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in IT Finance streams in a BA capacity, preferably in Agile teams
  • SAP ECC6 experience in Finance & Controlling; S/4HANA Finance experience is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication skills
  • Experience planning and executing testing and UAT
  • Familiarity with automated test management tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working across cross-functional project teams and independently
