Take used tableware to the dish pit and unload, sort, and stack silverware, glassware, and dishes in designated areas in the soiled dish drop-off area. Between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs, booths, booster seats and high chairs. Handle food: chips and salsa Check the floor and clean as needed. Sweep floors, sidewalks and parking lot. Monitor trash cans and empty as needed. Clean restrooms. Follow proper closing procedures to keep store clean and organized. Be kind and courteous to guests.
