Job Description

Business Systems Analyst with experience supporting manufacturing and enterprise systems within global, multi-site environments. Proven ability to bridge business operations and information technology by translating complex manufacturing, quality, and operational needs into clear, testable, and traceable requirements. Strong collaborator with Quality Assurance (QA) and Process / Production / Program Analysts (PA) to ensure solutions are aligned with business intent, system capabilities, and validation expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis needs assessments, gap analysis, and current‑state vs. future‑state evaluations to recommend scalable IT solutions that support manufacturing operations.
