Master and prepare various meat cuts according to quality standards and guidelines. Prepare marinades, skewers, and handcrafted sausages. Minimize food waste and prevent equipment damage. Follow strict hygiene and food safety regulations. Provide professional and friendly customer service. Perform any other duties related to butchery as needed.
