The Butcher Shoppe (TBS) is one of the largest meat processors in Ontario, located in the Toronto area. Our meats are carefully selected for quality and consistency to achieve the highest standards for our customers. Through the timely heritage of artisanal butchery, over 100,000 lbs of meat are processed daily and fulfilled by a team of butchers who convert fresh meat to custom specifications. Our distribution network uses a fleet of 45 company trucks that make over 1,000 deliveries every day to customers across Ontario, including premier hotels, casinos, event venues, restaurants, and foodservice establishments. TBS also manages a complex supply chain that spans 4 continents. Our people-first philosophy has provided a strong foundation for growth.
