2)Anticipate guests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.

3)Have a thorough understanding of all spirits and specialty foods in stock

4)Assess and restock wine and spirit collections as necessary

5)Serve meals and pour drinks for guests

6)Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for guests

7)Run errands for guests when necessary

8)Ensure guests’ rooms are clean and tidy up when necessary

9)Recommend and arrange amenities for guests

10)See guests off when they check out

11)Remain well-groomed at all times

12)Keep up-to-date on all hotel policies on safety and hygiene

13)Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor
