Your mission, roles and responsibilities


The Purchasing Back Office Administrator is responsible for the administrative implementation of purchasing actions

The candidate is responsible for: 

  • Placing open orders, closed orders, and cancelling orders (for parts, tools, transport) 
  • Launch price increase approval workflows (ePVS) 
  • Updating prices in SAP after ePVS approval by purchasing Management 
  • Management of blocked invoices for price differences – liaison with accounts payable dept 
  • Filing and archiving the legal documents as orders, LTA, Tooling investment, QAA… 
  • Supplier creation workflow creation (MDM) 
  • Tracking the suppliers' reply for signature, contracts, RFQ, … 
  • Leading the communication between different departments li...
