Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The Purchasing Back Office Administrator is responsible for the administrative implementation of purchasing actions
The candidate is responsible for:
- Placing open orders, closed orders, and cancelling orders (for parts, tools, transport)
- Launch price increase approval workflows (ePVS)
- Updating prices in SAP after ePVS approval by purchasing Management
- Management of blocked invoices for price differences – liaison with accounts payable dept
- Filing and archiving the legal documents as orders, LTA, Tooling investment, QAA…
- Supplier creation workflow creation (MDM)
- Tracking the suppliers' reply for signature, contracts, RFQ, …
