Job Summary

The Buyer is responsible for the indirect sourcing of materials from the best cost supplier & manage inbound logistics of direct materials. Buyer is accountable for ensuring that all indirect materials are procured and delivered to the factory in line with the operational requirement. The buyer works to achieve cost savings, improve inbound logistics process, and enhance service levels.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

Procurement Execution

• Manage end to end procurement for indirect categories such as MRO, IT equipment, office supplies, tooling, services, consumables, and facility-related items.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, perform cost analysis, and negotiate terms.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) / Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP and ensure PO accuracy.
