Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and introducing last-mile delivery resources in Europe.
- Lead business negotiations, cost estimation, and performance evaluation, ensuring high-quality delivery operations in collaboration with the operations team.
- Design and manage commercial partnership models and contract structures aligned with business processes.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage English-language contracts to ensure full compliance and performance execution.
- Oversee resource management and portfolio optimization, introducing innovative resource allocation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in contract logistics, resource management, or last-mile operations.
- Experience in last-mile delivery management or 3PL warehouse operations is highly preferred.
