Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Buyer.
**What you’ll do**:
This role will be responsible of buy and ensure the raw materials and components to production as well as procurement of machinery and ancillary equipment. Ensure proper and timely ncporation of suppliers and service providers into our internal systems prior to requisition/order placements.
A. Continuous communication with suppliers related shipments, quality issue, lead times, etc.
B. Validate with finance GR/IR in weekly basis.
C. Keep updated record of Material Master for assigned items
D. Manage in weekly basis MRP exception messages, making sure action plan is in place
E. Should be able to identify demand patterns as well as project schedule and react in timely manner to mitigate any impact to the business
F. Generate report of shortages and delays including status and ETA for all of them
G. Able to generate root cause analysis.
