Overview

Buyer/Warranty Administrator – ADF Diesel is a proven leader in the diesel engine components market for over thirty years in Eastern Ontario. We are seeking a driven, hard-working individual to join our group in the position of Buyer/Warranty Manager.

Responsibilities

• Produce component numbers, include alternates and interchanges, and upgrade costs.
• Location acquisition orders for pickup with GTA distributors.
• Open and close paperwork for service warranties, returns and defective components.
• Credit score consumers for warranties and returns.
• Aid with picking and invoicing intercompany orders.
• Call with provider overseas, acquire quotes and obtain components.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of the diesel engine sector or a related area is a plus.
