Role Description

We are seeking a Buying and Merchandising professional for a full-time, on-site role at our New Delhi boutique. The responsibilities will include planning and managing merchandise procurement, analyzing market trends to curate product assortments, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with suppliers and brands. You will also play an integral role in developing merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appeal and drive sales while maintaining alignment with the brand's identity.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Buying, Merchandising Strategy, and Product Selection
• Experience in Market Research and Trend Analysis
• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment components
• Prior experience in sourcing, buying, or merchandising within the apparel or textile industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with apparel manufacturers and sourcing markets
• Understanding of buying, merchandising, and production processes
• Good communication and organizational abilities
