About the Role
Da MENSCH is looking for a Buying & Design Manager to own assortment planning, buying decisions, and the design & development pipeline for our apparel categories. This role sits at the intersection of design, data, and execution , and directly impacts what products we launch and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Own category-wise buying and assortment planning
Manage the end-to-end design & product development pipeline
Track timelines, approvals, sampling, and new product launches
Analyze sales, margins, and inventory to optimize assortment
Work closely with design, sourcing, supply chain, and marketing teams
Maintain strong Excel-based trackers and dashboards for decision-making
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years experience in apparel buying / merchandising / product roles
Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, and apparel development cycles
Excellent analytical and Excel skills
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
Graduate/Post-graduate from a reputed institution (NIFT / NID / Tier-1 colleges preferred)
