This involves strong knowledge of the <b>WMS software</b>, warehouse processes, and <b>integration</b> capabilities. Works w/ logistics teams to streamline inventory, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse workflows.</p> <p> </p> <ol> <li><b>focusing on modernizing software houses & automating distribution centers</b>.</li> <li>Upgrading <b>regional distribution centers to a SaaS platform</b>, with a roadmap for the next four years.</li> <li>The role involves working on <b>WMS, LMS, OMS, focusing on integration to TMS</b> and other systems.</li> <li><b>WMS expert </b>with integration knowledge to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li><b>The candidates with SaaS implementation experience, PDC Architecture, most latest version of BY hands on experience, skill set on integration in BY EcoSystems like TMS,LDE,WMS integrations.</b></li> </ol> <p> </p> <p><b>Technical & Functional skills REQUIRED </b></p> <p> </p> <ol> <li><b>SaaS systems, cloud</b>, <b>integration Lead WMS, TMS, OMS, KAFKA, from technical and functional side, PDC in BY, BY TMS, LDE, BYDM</b></li> <li>Pick stealing, opportunistic pick, batch picking, bulk picking, optimize inbound trailer time and travel sequence.</li> <li>Traffic plan, Distro Order, cross dock, background workflows</li> <li>forward pick face, Master Data Push and HRL Integration, dock doors, door optimization , <b>parcel integration, cottonization, case picking</b></li> </ol> <p> </p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <p> </p> <p>System<b> Configuration & Implementation:</b></p> <p>Setting up and <b>configuring </b>BY/JDA <b>WMS</b> to align with specific warehouse requirements.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Customization and Development:</b></p> <p>Develops custom solutions, integrations, <b>reports </b>using<b> MOCA, SQL, PL/SQL</b>, <b>Java</b>.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Integration:</b></p> <p><b>Integrating</b> the <b>WMS</b> with other systems -<b> ERP, TMS</b>, <b>automation systems</b> (<b>pick-to-light,</b> etc.).</p> <p><b>Troubleshooting and Support:</b></p> <p>Diagnosing and resolving system issues, performance problems, and user support requests.</p> <p><b>Process Optimization:</b></p> <p>Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Training / Documentation:</b></p> <p>Providing training to end-users and creating documentation for system configuration and usage.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Required:</b></p> <ol> <li><b>Blue Yonder WMS </b>Expertise<b>:</b>In-depth knowledge of <b>Blue Yonder WMS</b>modules and functionalities.</li> <li><b>Technical:</b>Strong coding <b>MOCA, SQL, PL/SQL, Java</b>, and potentially <b>Jasper or Page Builder</b> reports.</li> <li><b>Integration: </b>Experience with <b>Kafka, SFTP, flat files, REST APIs.</b></li> <li><b>Warehouse Operations: </b>Understanding of warehouse processes/ picking, packing, shipping, inventory management.</li> <li><b>BY/JDA WMS developer </b>will integrate <b>TMS, </b>bridge<b> gaps between </b>the <b>software</b>and <b>physical warehouse operations</b>, ensuring system effectively supports, optimizes the business needs.</li> </ol>
