What you’ll do
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ software integrated with MES platforms
  • Develop and optimize embedded and real-time applications for industrial systems
  • Ensure deterministic and low-latency behavior in time-critical systems
  • Work across both Linux and Windows environments (including driver-level or system-level components)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, automation, infrastructure) to define requirements and validate functionality
  • Debug, analyze, and enhance existing systems to meet evolving industrial requirements
  • Produce technical documentation and contribute to system architecture discussions
What you need to be successful
  • 5+ years of experience with C++ development, ideally C++11 or newer
  • Practical experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Solid understanding of embedded systems programming and real-time operating constraints
  • Proven experience with both Linux and Windows development environments
  • Proficient in system-level programming, including memory management, multithreading, and low-level debugging
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)
  • The following would be a plus:
  • Experience with RTOS (e.g., VxWorks, QNX, FreeRTOS) or real-time Linux kernels
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, CAN)
  • Familiarity with microcontroller development (ARM, STM32, etc.)
