As part of the Operations Solutions Development Team, you'll contribute to the success of internal business processes by building and enhancing applications that support back-office operations such as premium and claims processing, document generation, and data exchange with external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications for global internal users.
  • Implement new features and enhancements for mission-critical systems.
  • Conduct unit testing to ensure high code quality and maintain proper coverage.
  • Participate in technical discussions and collaborate on solution design.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  • Follow technical standards and development best practices.
  • Work closely with geographically distributed teams.
  • Support and enhance global business applications.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in .NET application development .
  • Strong expertise in C# , including LINQ and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience using Entity Framework for data access.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Dependency Injection .
  • Familiarity with building and maintaining RESTful APIs using .NET 8 and JWT security.
