C-level Executive Assistant - Remote (Mexico)

**About the Role**
We’re seeking a **C-Level Executive Assistant** to work directly with the CEO of two Canadian companies: one in retail, one in AI integration.
This position requires someone who has **already supported CEOs, founders, or C-suite leaders**, and knows how to anticipate needs, manage complexity, and protect a busy executive’s time.
This is not an administrative position — it’s a **strategic support role** where you’ll help the CEO execute more effectively and focus on growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Turn high-level ideas or brief instructions into actionable plans.
- Write and refine executive communications — clear, concise, and professional.
- Coordinate meetings, stakeholders, vendors, and follow-ups.
- Conduct market, supplier, or tool research as needed.
- Maintain structure in digital organization, SOPs, and systems.
- Handle personal and business matters with full discretion.
