Previously proposed candidates were not compliant for the following reasons:

  • Insufficient evidence of hands-on depth or independent ownership across engineering and design of virtual infrastructure at Enterprise level, DevOps, Identity and Access management, etc.
  • Not enough experience in DevOps. The candidate did a course, but there is no actual DevOps experience in a job.
  • At interview we identified that the candidate did not have enough experience in Core Services, DevOps and Virtual Infrastructure at Enterprise level.
