Zero match. This person is not a Learning & Development professional at all. Some training delivery and coordination experience. Absolutely insufficient in terms of learning design / learning science / agile development Some training coordination experience, but zero match in terms of learning innvation, learning science, learning design and development Good background in DATA/AI/analytics, but overall more focus on policy (diplomacy?), marketing and coordination of L&D at best. Insufficient wrt requirements around development of learning solutions, learning science, agile development. Very technical/research focused. Insufficient wrt Learning design/innvoation and no background in learning science whatsoever.
