C4C Techno- Functional Analyst


The C4C Functional Analyst will be responsible for the technical delivery and solutions in the integration points in C4C. This person must be both a functional and technical competent with sound knowledge and understanding of C4C & Integration processes and sub-processes within C4C. The candidate should have hands-on experience in C4C system design and configuration.



List of key responsibilities


Execution: The C4C Functional Analyst will participate and drive certain execution activities including but not limited to:

Implementation of C4C

  • Functional expertise of business processes, master data, transactions & configuration knowledge in the following areas: Sales, Service, Marketing
    Experience in Business Roles configuration.
    Experience in Workflow Rules.
    Experience in Replication of Master Data
    Project scoping /Code list Mapping / Transport management Web Service monitoring / Error handling / Trouble shooting.
    C4C Sales - Configurations of Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Sales Order.
    C4C Service - Configuration Service Request, Service order, confirmation, billing, service contracts, warranty, complaints, etc...
    Hands on Scoping & Fine tuning, User management, Organization management, Job definitions, Personalization, workflow rules, Approval processes, Business roles, offline sync settings, Business roles, Reports and dash boards. Responsible for C4C Quarterly release manual testing and MAT (Market Acceptance testing) on new changes.
    Extensively involved in Change requests, preparation of Functional specifications, co-ordination with SAP Developments teams, testing on customs objects.

    • Technical Experience 

  • Experience in extending Standard Business Objects and developing Custom solutions using the SAP C4C SDK (ABSL, BODL, UI Designer)
    Experience in ABSL scripting and Knowledge on Ruby scripting
    Experience in integration flows between SAP C4C and SAP Systems, Experience in Integrating Non-SAP systems with C4C
    Good knowledge of Communication Scenarios and Communication arrangements Experience in simulating both REST and SOAP Services using SOAP UI / Postman tools Familiar with Standard OData services and must have ability to create Custom OData Services
    Experience in Customizing the Standard UI screens using SDK.
    Good debugging, tracing, and dump analysis skills
    Experience in Mashups, PES, Embedded Component, Data Workbench, Mass Data Run, Extended BO, OVS, Code List, enhancing data sources using SDK and Workflows Experience in Patch Deployment Process across tenants Good Knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud implementations Create and maintain technical specifications from business requirements Experience in creating custom web services using SDK
    Experience using Enhance implementation in C4C SDK
    S4/Hana and C4C V2 would be an added advantage.

    • Knowledge Base – Work with functional teams to ensure knowledge articles are being created to help streamline support of our integration with our quote to Cash and commercial internal and external systems

  • Testing & Support – Lead
  • Creation & Deployment of the Test Strategy and Master Test Plan
    Manage the testing and assure they follow the test processes, procedures, and standards.
    Drive improvements of team and assure compliance to (Nestle) Standards and Guidelines.
    Drive Defect Management process and follow up on Test Incident resolutions. Manage the testing activities according to plan: such as preparation, creation, execution - and closure of the test activities.
    Responsible that test deliverables meet the quality criteria of Nestle Test Excellence.
    Managed the daily Test Instance Progress and communicated the Nestle stakeholders
    Organized weekly governance meeting with Nestle stakeholders and review meeting with supply chain teams
    Coordinated with teams in supply chain process area and driven TI closure
    Coordinated with change and release management to progress the changes
    Provide Up-to-date test progress reporting which includes key performance indicators
  • Provide business systems expertise to senior management
  • Implementation of new processes and education of staff
    Support executive decision-making process by providing C4C expertise.
    Provide regular updates on assigned work
    Support and collaborate with your colleagues

    • Qualifications

  • Experience communicating with global business users and other functional stakeholders regarding projects, business operations and process improvement initiatives

  • Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills

  • Experience collaborating with multi-person virtual teams

  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, have excellent initiative and possess strong analytical skills

  • Strong personal motivation, excellent work ethic and positive, team-oriented mindset

  • Ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy
