Below are the technical onsite support tasks Activities that will be performed during the support period for CA Autosys components implemented at the Customer site :

§ Provide out-of-the-box Autosys software configuration L1 /L2 resource

§ Provide assistance with changes in the configuration as per the Change Management process

§ Provide support to the configurations implemented in the software on a best effort basis based on the documentation provided by the Customer

§ Provide support for installations/configurations/upgrades and any other critical support as needed

§ Work days will be Monday to Friday except for Public holidays and Customer defined holidays
